The first component of our recycling plant that the material encounters, after being in the feeder is a shredder. The shredder is fully automatic and can process pipes and profiles upto 450 mm diameter.

The star cast in the recycling system is our pelletizing plant machine. The machine adopts a specially in – house designed screw design and different configurations, which makes it suitable for processing the plastic material of your need such as PP, PE, PVC, etc.
Our screws range from diameters of 95 – 120 mm and give out outputs ranging from 250 – 400 kg/hr.
We make two variants of pelletizing machines – Strand Pelletizer and Die Face Cutter.
Our machines can be designed as a single-stage machine or as a two-stage Mother – Baby Type machine with a side feeder
